DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Plans the work and special projects for the housekeeping department and distributes assignments accordingly. Assigns daily duties and special duties for housekeeping staff. Assists in the development of the expense budget and monitors expenses accordingly. Ensures budget is adhered to and explains variances where applicable.

  • Follows Leading Hotels of the World Standards and Procedures.  
  • Approves all supply requisitions such as linen and guest amenities and ensures proper par levels are intact for each item.
  • Responsible for cleanliness, orderliness and appearance of the entire hotel including public areas we well as guest rooms.
  • Ensures that rooms are clean and maintained to standards.
  • Assists in the preparing of the annual housekeeping budget.
  • Maintains par levels of guest supplies, cleaning supplies, linen and uniforms.
  • Organizes inventories with finance and coordinates dates and times of counts. Supervises and signs off on inventory for accuracy.
  • Tracks the number of linen and terry that has been discarded
  • Develops and implements housekeeping systems and procedures.
  • Prepares reports for management information such as number of rooms cleaned, staffing levels for the day and call outs.
  • Assists in the purchasing process and selecting the suppliers and vendors for items related to Housekeeping.
  • Resolves guest and associate concerns in a timely fashion.
  • Verifies incoming supplies and reconciles to purchase order.

POSITION SUMMARY:

Represents the hotel to the guest throughout all stages of the guest’s stay. Determinate a guest’s reservation status and identifies how long the guest will stay. Helps a guest complete registration cards and then assigns rooms, accommodating special requests whenever possible.

Verifies the guest’s method of payment and follows established credit-checking procedures. Places guest and room information in the appropriate front desk racks and communicates this information to the appropriate hotel personnel.

RECEPTIONIST DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Register guests and assigns rooms. Accommodates special requests whenever possible.
  • Assists in pre-registration and blocking of rooms for reservations.
  • Thoroughly understand and adheres to proper credit, check- cashing, and cash handling policies and procedures.

POSITION SUMMARY:

Primarily responsible to Greet and welcome all guest to the hotel and relieve guests of their luggage on arrival. You will ensure that the highest standards of hospitality and welcome are demonstrated at all times, and that all guest requests are dealt with in a prompt and courteous manner. In Addition to assist guests with luggage, Bell Boy is also responsible to collect and distribute post, parcels. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Checks the daily arrival list for VIP’s or guests with special need
  • To be present at the Concierge/Reception desk or in the lobby to be ready to assist guests, colleagues and visitors when requested
  • Ensure collection and delivery of guest luggage and equipment in an efficient and timely manner
  • Tag baggage it and return the identification slips to guests

POSITION SUMMARY:

Performs routine duties in cleaning and servicing of guest rooms and baths under supervision of housekeeping supervisor. Room attendant promotes a positive image of the property to guests and must be pleasant, honest, friendly and should also able to address guest requests and problems.

He / She should maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all housekeeping departmental policies/service and also the hotel’s procedures/standards. Additionally, maintain complete knowledge of correct maintenance and use of equipment.

 DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Enters and prepares the room for cleaning
  • Dusts the room and furniture
  • Replenishes guestroom and bath supplies
  • Cleans the bathroom

  • Vacuums and racks the carpet

POSITION SUMMARY: 

The Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for all F&B outlets in the resort.

Manages daily restaurant/bar/room service/ beach bar operations and assists with menu planning maintains sanitation standards and assists servers and hosts on the floor during peak meal periods.

Strives to continually improve guest and employee satisfaction and maximize the financial performance in areas of responsibility.

Coordinating all phases of group meeting/banquet functions held in the Hotel; coordinate these activities on a daily basis; assist to the clients in program planning and menu selection.

Maintain the services and reputation of Hotel and act as a management representative to the guests and all clients.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Achievement of budgeted food sales, beverage sales, labor costs and profitability
